Lead Generation - Phone Team

We are seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Lead Generation - Phone ---------- this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers or potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call quotas and sales targets.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines during customer interactions.
• Data Entry: Accurately record customer information and interactions in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• This is open for entry-level positions.
• Willing to be trained.
• Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Working Conditions:
• This is a permanent WFH setup.
• Atleast 50 Mbps internet connection.
• Have a backup device in case of a power outage or internet disconnection.
• Use of a computer and headset is essential for daily tasks.
