GREAT SALARY SEO Content Marketing / Webmaster at Startup

I am looking for a full-time webmaster to manage and grow the content on a number of technical/business websites.
I'll pay you hourly, you can work as many hours as you want.

I use a combination of Ghost and HTML for publishing. I am looking for someone to work very closely with me on the content strategy, publishing, and maintenance of the sites.

Huge bonus if you're good at creating simple, hand-drawn style illustrations to convey ideas.

I have high standards. This is not a job for someone thinking this will be easy money.

This is the perfect role for someone who wants to push themselves, learn new things, and grow. I can teach you how I used AI tools in 2021 to create content that still ranks on the first pages for the keywords in 2023 – I know the tooling and how things work inside and out, and I want to invest in a tea ---------- mber that can take on this work so I can grow the business ---------- ing my workflow I'm able to create 4-5 high-quality, 3000+ word posts in a day.

Only 2 sites are currently active, but I currently own 97 domains, although most of them are not used and likely will not be.

- Excellent writing, content strategy, and blogging skills REQUIRED
- Excellent knowledge and expertise in managing a ghost/nextjs site is REQUIRED
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills REQUIRED
- Thorough understanding of SEO and Keyword strategies REQUIRED

Perks:

- You can work whenever you want. You will not have to wake up or work at any given time.
- You can work as much as you want. I will pay you a salary based on your hours and if you work extra hours you will get paid.
- If your sites start to earn extra money through ad/publishing revenue/guest posting, I will pay you 100% of the ad revenue

Bonus: For one of the sites I want to turn it into a directory where people can submit products and pay for the listing (similar to how ---------- / works for submitting). For projects like this, you can have all the revenue the site makes, I do not care about this extra revenue. Most people don't have content and development skills. If you're a unicorn, you're at the top of the list. But be warned: if you claim to be technical, you will do a take home skill test.
