JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Admin Assistant with strong research abilities to join our team. As an Admin Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to conduct research, project coordination and gathering contact for our sales team. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. Must be able to communicate well on the phone.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive research to identify and compile accurate business contact information from various sources.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and provide them with relevant and up-to-date research data on projects and business contacts.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency while inputting and maintaining business contact information in our CRM system .
- Assist in organizing and managing the CRM database, ensuring it is up-to-date and properly categorized.
- Support the sales team by sending out introductory emails, follow-ups, and reminders to potential clients.
- Support the sales team by calling potential vendors and sending out RFPs.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company and customer information with integrity.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a relevant research role is preferred.
- Strong research skills with the ability to find accurate and detailed information using various resources.
- Proficient in using search engines, online databases, and other research tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to reach out to potential vendors and clients and relay these information to the sales team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy while working with data and maintaining database records.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and data management tools is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a personal computer to effectively work remotely.
- Experience in the Construction Industry is a plus but not a requirement.
- Experience in the Academic Industry is a plus but not a requirement.
- Experience in the Real Estate Industry is a plus but not a requirement.
