Virtual Assistance

We are a e-commerce company seeking a very quick, detail oriented virtual assistant to help with order fulfillment & relationship management tasks.

Responsibilities include:
- Communication with partners, influencers, and affiliates through DM and email
- Updating & maintaining CRM
- Placing draft orders on Shopify
- White glove customer service
- Communication with fulfillment centers
- Documenting through Google Sheets / Excel

Desired Softwares/Skills:
- Shopify (preferred)
- Zendesk
- Airtable (preferred)
- Google Sheets

Must have critical attention to detail, ability to work fast, comfortable using data.
