Amazon Reimbursement QA

***This role is NOT an entry-level role, experience is required. Training will be provided in terms of our specific process and workflow but you need to know Amazon ---------- eking someone who is research-focused and very experienced in Amazon reimbursements to be a part of and help lead our current team.

Requirements:
Already have experience filing reimbursements for an Amazon Seller OR worked internally at Amazon in a relevant department.
General knowledge of Amazon and a thorough understanding of its strict policies.
Ability to QA current team.
Quality Assurance/Review Reimbursement Claims:
Conduct regular audits and quality checks to identify errors and discrepancies related to reimbursement claims, account trackers, review of documents, including the use of VPNs, and safety handling of client accounts and credentials.
Thoroughly examine reimbursement claims submitted by the R Team to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Amazon/RBC policies and ---------- munication: Collaborate effectively with the Reimbursement Team, Leads, and Managers to address questions, and discrepancies, and provide guidance on reimbursement policies and procedures.
Reporting: Generate and maintain comprehensive reports on issues and compliance metrics.

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot and relay to the team the proper next steps if Amazon denies a claim.
Ability to understand what documentation is needed to support any claims.
High-level written English.
High-level English comprehension.
Nice to have but not required:
High-level spoken English.

There is a 30-day trial period to determine if you are a good fit, afterwards, you will be invited to be full-time officially which includes:
Hubstaff time tracking is required
Disclosure of other contracts is required
The role is during daytime US business hours (earlier or later shift will be negotiable after the trial period)
This is a full-time position that requires exclusive work during your shift with a total of 40hrs/week
Salary is paid on a biweekly basis from a PayPal
15 days PTO/year
