Jr. Web Developer - Customize Wordpress templates

PART-TIME WITH POTENTIAL FOR FULL-TIME BASED ON PERFORMANCE

• Must know Wordpress CMS
• Knowledge of Wordpress plug-ins are required
• Knowledge of developing mobile responsive websites
• Knowledge of setting up a development environment and taking a website from production to live are required
• Required coding skills include HTML, CSS with PHP and Javascript being a plus.
• Knowledge of Photoshop is required
• Pro theme framework customization a plus: e.g. Avada theme
• Ability to load and format text and images into websites

TERMS
- Part-time contractors are paid a fixed monthly sum for 80 hours of work per month.
- Wages are divided into 2 equal payments paid on the first and fifteenth of each month via PayPal.
- Payments paid on the 15th covers work performed from the 1st through the 14th.
- Payment paid on the 1st covers work performed from the 15th through the last day of the previous month.
- At the conclusion of each work day, contractors are required to submit a summary email to leadership reporting activities from the day and the status of work performed.
- Contractors must keep time on all projects, and submit a detailed log of all activities performed by Friday at 5 p.m. EST. No payments will be made if time logs are not submitted by deadline.
- Contractors must make themselves available through Skype, Slack, etc.
- During the work week, if 24 hours pass without any communication from the contractor, the leadership team will assume that the contractor has abandoned the job and will terminate the business relationship without pay.
