We are ASAP Roadworthys, a large roadworthy company located in Queensland, Australia, providing mobile roadworthys to Northern NSW up to the Sunshine Coast. Our mission is to ensure the safety and compliance of vehicles on the road, and we take pride in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

We are currently in need of a Virtual Assistant to support our business operations. Our services cater to a diverse client base, and we're seeking a talented individual to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer service, manage social media platforms, and optimize our Facebook advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Booking Management:
- Handle booking requests and inquiries from clients during the specified working hours
- Maintain an organized booking system to ensure efficient scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.

Social Media Management:
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies.


Facebook Ad Management:
- Set up and manage Facebook advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve desired results.
- Provide regular reports on ad campaign performance.

Requirements:

- Fluent and easily understandable English-speaking skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and advertising strategies.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in customer service and booking management is a plus.
