Objective
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and automation of digital and email marketing campaigns. You are also required to develop & maintain landing pages based on the brand mood board using SASS platforms like GoHighLevel and others like WordPress.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
List Building Integration:
-Use Zapier to link various platforms for automated workflows.
-Create mobile-friendly email templates on GoHighLevel or Beepro.
-Set up email campaigns, automation, and A/B testing in Go High Level and ActiveCampaign.
-Manage email lists, tags, contact fields, and segments.
-Set-up Client’s Go High Level CRM Pipeline Stages according to business and marketing funnel requirements
Landing Page Development:
-Utilize Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator to edit/export materials.
-Develop, update, and maintain websites using GoHighLevel.
-Set up integration/automation using API and webhooks.
-Create products/pages and install add-ons/custom fonts as needed on Go High Level
-Familiarity with Stripe payment platforms for integration
Collaboration:
-Work with cross-functional teams to align email content with website elements.
-Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and implement changes.
Quality Assurance:
-Conduct regular checks to ensure website and email deliverability.
-Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Proactively identify and resolve technical issues affecting websites and email campaigns.
Troubleshoot integration-related problems and liaise with support teams when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
-Required to work after work hours when needed (sometimes on weekends, to ensure the deliverability of the campaign well)
-Attention to detail to ensure error-free deliverables and resourcefulness in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
-Strong experience with GoHighLevel, WordPress, and ActiveCampaign, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and API integrations.
-Demonstrated expertise in using Zapier for automated workflows and specialization with GoHighLevel.
-Ability to assess website and email campaign performance, analyze data to optimize results, and make data-driven decisions.
-Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with an organized approach to managing multiple projects and tasks.
