Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative YouTube, Podcast, and Reels Editor to join our team and assist in editing and producing engaging content for our clients. As a YouTube, Podcast, and Reels Editor, you will be responsible for transforming raw video and audio footage into high-quality, polished content that aligns with our clients' brand and audience across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

Edit and enhance video and audio content for YouTube channels, podcasts, and Reels.
Trim, arrange, and optimize footage to create compelling storytelling.
Add appropriate transitions, effects, and graphics to enhance the visual appeal.
Ensure audio clarity and quality by adjusting levels, removing background noise, and adding music or sound effects.
Repurpose content for Reels, adapting longer videos into shorter, captivating ---------- corporate client branding elements, intro/outro, and call-to-action graphics as necessary.
Collaborate with the content creation team to maintain consistency and meet project deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, software, and trends in YouTube, podcasting, and Reels platforms.
Requirements:

Proficiency in video and audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audacity).
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual/audio composition.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of YouTube, podcasting, and Reels platforms, formats, and best practices.
Experience in repurposing content for Reels is highly desired.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the content creation team.
A portfolio of previous editing work showcasing your skills and creativity is highly preferred.
