Seeking Work from Home Customer Phone Support Reps

We are looking for a few enthusiastic full time customer service representatives to help our customers. The majority of the work will be answering phones from your home using a softphone, helping our clients. You will also need to be available on Skype when working.

Flexibility for working shifts and weekends is needed.
The hours of work will vary by shift, some days, some nights and some weekends.

Fluent English and willingness to help customers is also a must. Also needed is the ability to know when to escalate an item to a supervisor.

A reliable internet connection to talk through Skype without distortion is also needed.
