Scriptwriter/screenplay writing
***Topic Research & Writing Screenplay/Script Writing: Research & Creative writing & Writing Screenplay is for a fitness channel on YouTube on various topics. Must be organized and would be able to create frameworks for videos. Must have Excellent communication ---------- n use AI tools but it is not the replacement for the actual planning and creatively writing and researching on the Topic of the Video. Need to be responsive to due dates, responsive and communicative with Video Editor and VA. Screenplay targets to be 10 minutes - 20 MIUNTES
Must be able to prep at least 3+ screenplay a week.

Video

***Video Editor: Can use AI software that generate Voice OVER, SCRIPTS, & Stockfootages. Must be RESOURCEFUL, quick learner, responsible. Excellent communication with team. Responsive! No copyright content. This is long term. 1-2 Video a day. 6 videos a week, up to 12 a week. Fill out the FORM ---------- n edit green screens, CTA, INTROs, OUTROs, Music, Animations/transitions.

***Need a ThumbNail Creator! Someone who understand and have an artistic outlook for video thumbnails!
Understand thumbnail creation and the psychology in creating high CTR thumbnails! Can try new things and has experience with making thumbnails for youtube Channel!

Video Editors is creative can use a multitude of tools to create Videos that are setting trends in the marketplace.

For all of these roles we will need to be refining the skills as the team grow; need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively. Need to be proactive and seeking ways to improve and grow as an individual and with the team and skill sets
