Conversion Indesign to kindle for magazine type book

I need someone with proven experience in converting Indesign to amazon kindle book, the book in currently in print, but we want to sell it on amazon. The book is a tourist guide and mainly has text over images.

What I dont want is to have each page converted to an image, someone did that for me and it wont zoom so is useless and also links cant be clicked.

Please tell me what experience you have, how much you would want to be paid, and take into consideration the original file is 500mg, if you cant not manage to download that amount then please dont apply.
