Business Analyst (Web Application Development)

The BA role will be responsible for supporting all phases of the software development lifecycle. Reporting to the Technical Project Manager, The designated role will work closely with our development team to help in the development phase, perform testing and ensure successful delivery. You will be supported by fantastic leadership in this team, this is the perfect opportunity to develop your BA career further.

Requirements:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business into clear and concise requirement/documents
Familiar with requirement gathering phase to BRS, SRS documentation
Experienced in UML diagram, process flow diagram, sequence diagram, and database diagram
Expertise in develop basic level UI design/Prototyping using Figma or other tools
Proficiency in requirement management tools and software development methodologies.
Familiarity with agile development practices and the ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
Prior experience in Salesforce CRM development project, QuickBooks integration Project
Experienced in project management tool: clickup or JIRA
Experienced in ---------- and L ---------- tool
Fluent English and attention to detail is a must
