Touchpoint Mortgage, a leading mortgage company specializing in providing exceptional loan solutions, is seeking motivated and talented Virtual Assistants (VA) to join our dynamic team as Cold Callers. As a VA Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and connecting with potential clients to promote our mortgage services.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects using provided leads and contact ---------- roduce Touchpoint Mortgage's loan products and services to potential clients.

Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their mortgage needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Follow established scripts and strategies to effectively communicate the benefits of our mortgage offerings.

Schedule appointments for interested prospects to speak with our Mortgage Specialists.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in our CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion and achieve sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, mortgage rates, and competitor offerings to effectively address client inquiries.

Requirements:

Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convert leads into ---------- lf-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.

Familiarity with mortgage products and industry terminology is a plus.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.

Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment for making calls.
