Job Description:
As a Virtual Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our expansion by connecting with potential clients and scheduling appointments for our healthcare services. You will be responsible for:
Strong Oral Communication: Communicating with potential clients over the phone in a clear, friendly, and persuasive manner.
Sales-Driven: Identifying and converting leads into scheduled appointments, meeting or exceeding targets.
Performance Driver: Striving for excellence and contributing to the growth of our client base.
Good Customer Service: Providing information about our services and answering client inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Personable: Building rapport with potential clients to establish trust and credibility.
Problem Solving: Handling objections and finding solutions to meet clients' ---------- fort with Learning New Software: Quickly adapting to and effectively using various software tools for appointment scheduling and data entry.
Cold Calling: Initiating outbound calls to potential clients and maintaining accurate call records.
Data Entry: Accurately recording client information and appointments in our ---------- trics: Monitoring and reporting on your performance against key metrics and targets.

Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is a plus.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Must be comfortable working night ---------- lf-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
A reliable and strong internet connection.
