Job Title: Pest Control - Appointment Setter

Location: San Antonio, TX (REMOTE)

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Compensation: $400 USD per month, plus commission for every appointment set

Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Virtual Assistant Appointment Setter to join our team and help us connect with potential clients and schedule appointments for our dedicated pest control experts.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Explain our pest control services and benefits to potential customers.
- Set appointments for pest control inspections and treatments.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge.
- Update and maintain customer databases with accurate and detailed information.
- Collaborate with the sales and field teams to ensure seamless appointment scheduling.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the pest control industry.
- Proven experience in appointment setting and telemarketing.
- Exceptional communication and phone skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Proficient in using virtual communication tools and software.
- Knowledge of pest control terminology and services is a must.
- Familiarity with the San Antonio, TX area and its neighborhoods is a plus.
