Wordpress Designer/Developer/Admin

Hi there, this is a gig however I'd like to have someone parttime after the gig is over, we need to fix a wordpress site and also create a new one, we do have various themes from themeforest, however we must clean it up and do properly so that we can get approved and install google adsense on it.

Bonus if you have a good sense or a nice portfolio
Bonus if you understand some PHP and can help develop custom things at the wordpress without the need of many plugins
