Expert Email Marketing Copywriter (Ecommerce)

Our e-commerce email marketing agency is expanding! We are looking to hire a FULL-time copywriter with solid market research and brand research skills. You must be an expert with years of experience in e-commerce email marketing. This position is NOT for beginners.

Your job will be to identify what makes each of our eCom client's brands unique, identify their brand tone/vibe, how their customers perceive the brand via customer reviews, and the benefits they achieve from using their products, and create a general marketing brief with all of this information.

Once that is complete, you will be tasked with creating the copy for several email flows AND campaigns. Some examples of different email flows we create for our clients are:

Welcome Flow (meant to nurture, introduce the customer to the brand, and establish future communication
Abandoned Cart/Browse Flow (meant to reel the customer back in for a purchase)
Post-Purchase Flow (meant to keep the customer up to date on their order and inform them further)
Promotional sales emails
Content, value, engaging entertainment-based emails
And many, many more...

Must speak and be extremely articulate with English copywriting.
