JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate through our app and resolving any issues they face. You will be using Intercom for live chat support to respond to inbound queries.

Responsibilities:
1. Review Ad Campaign Status: Monitor and evaluate the status of customer ad campaigns and provide timely updates.
Google Merchant Centre Oversight: Review issues and provide recommendations and next steps, especially in cases of Google policy violations.
2. App Eligibility: Answer questions regarding who can or cannot use our app.
3. Sales Enquiries: Forward enquiries from larger accounts to our internal sales team.
4. Inbound Enquiries: Triage, label, and respond to all incoming queries.
5. Product Knowledge: Answer questions about how our app works, its features, and benefits.
6. Refunds and Returns: Manage and process customer refunds and returns.

Requirements:
1. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
2. Previous experience in customer support is a plus
3. Familiarity with Intercom or similar customer support software
4. Strong problem-solving skills
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
