Digital Media Organizer (temporary)

Description:
Our esteemed wedding photo and video company is in search of a dedicated and meticulous individual to assist in the management of our digital content. You will be working closely with our talented coordinator, ensuring that our photo galleries and videos are systematically organized and made available to our clients through Pixieset and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

Download photo galleries and videos from our ---------- anize and manage these files across multiple Pixieset accounts.
Upload videos into various YouTube accounts as ---------- municate effectively with the coordinator to ensure all tasks are executed correctly and on time.
Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of our clients' cherished ---------- nts.

Requirements:

Stable and high-speed internet connection, with a screenshot of your upload and download speed.
A keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to organizing files.
Excellent communication ---------- mitment to ensuring the privacy and discretion of our content.
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours, up to 40 hours per week.
Must commit to working 20 hours between 9am to 1pm Eastern Time.

Preferred (but not necessary):

Familiarity with Dropbox, Pixieset, and YouTube platforms. However, these can be easily taught to the right candidate.
Additional Details:

Position Type: Temporary (with potential future opportunities for full-time roles).
Location: Remote (Open to candidates from the Philippines).
Compensation: $3.5/hr. Payment will be made weekly.
Direct Reporting: You will work directly under our Filipina coordinator.
