Job Description: Virtual Assistant for Stand-up Comedy Show

Position: Virtual Assistant

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team for a dynamic stand-up comedy show. The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the show by managing various tasks related to comedian bookings, audience engagement, scheduling, and promotional material creation.

Responsibilities:
- Comedian Bookings: Draft and send booking emails to comedians, ensuring clear communication of show details, dates, and requirements.
- Comedian Commitment: Communicate with comedians to confirm their commitment and ensure they are actively promoting the show and bringing guests as required.
- Ticket Sales: Monitor and track ticket sales, collaborate with ticketing platforms, and provide regular updates to the team.
- Show Schedule: Work closely with the production manager to create and maintain a detailed show schedule, making sure all parties are aware of their roles and timing.
- Audience Engagement: Assist in fostering audience engagement by responding to inquiries, sending bulk emails to previous & prospective customers, and promoting the show online.
- Promotional Material: Utilize Canva and other design tools to create visually appealing event flyers and promotional graphics for digital and print distribution. A base flyer will be provided.
- Coordination: Collaborate with various tea ---------- mbers, including comedians, venue staff, and production crew, to ensure seamless execution of the event.
- Data Management: Maintain a database of comedians, contact information, previous show details, and other relevant data to facilitate efficient future planning using Google Spreadsheets and other tools.
- Social Media Promos: Promoting the show to upcoming and returning guests by consistently updating our Instagram account through posts, stories, and sending DMs to guests
- Customer Management: Maintain our email list of customers and engage with projected and returning customers

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with event management and promotion.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Canva for graphic design.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in event coordination, virtual assistance, or entertainment industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using a spreadsheet platform like Google Sheets
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Proficiency using Facebook and/or Instagram


Contract Details:
- Type: Part-time
- Hours: Flexible
- Compensation: $15.00 USD per Show Assisted (4-8 Shows Per Month)
- Location: Remote, with occasional virtual tea ---------- etings.
- Pay: Via PayPal Only
