JOB OVERVIEW

We're a dedicated team on a mission to help student loan borrowers in the United States navigate the complexities of their debt. Our online content reaches a wide audience, empowering them to improve their financial wellbeing, mental health, and relationships. We’re seeking a YouTube Thumbnail Creator to work collaboratively with our dynamic team.

Role Summary
Join us as a key tea ---------- mber, working a minimum of 3 days a week. This role promises both creative freedom and the chance to create meaningful impact. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will work alongside a Video Editor, Script Writer, and Animations Editor. We're searching for someone with a knack for visual storytelling and an understanding of what it takes to engage an audience through compelling thumbnails.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Project Manager, Video Editor, Script Writer, and animation editor to produce high-quality thumbnails for our YouTube channel.
- Use your creativity and analytical skills to increase the Click-Through Rate (CTR) on our video content.
- Participate in A/B testing to identify optimal thumbnail designs.
- Provide ad hoc support across other areas of our multimedia projects as required.

Requirements
Proficiency in Photoshop and/or other thumbnail design software like Lightroom, Canva.
Familiarity with AI software tools, including Photoshop AI and Midjourney.
Proven experience in designing YouTube thumbnails with a focus on maximizing CTR.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.
