**Position: Data Analyst**
**Location:** OnSite / Meridian By Avenir, Kasambagan Cebu City / Graveyard Shift
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Data Management & Analysis:**
- Extract, analyze, and interpret sales data and order history to determine sales patterns and trends.
- Produce regular reports on inventory stock levels, product costs, and stock level adjustments.
- Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to provide actionable insights based on data findings.
2. **Database Expertise:**
- Leverage advanced knowledge of database management, SQL Server, and Microsoft Access to handle and analyze large datasets.
- Optimize data retrieval from SharePoint, our primary digital document storage system.
3. **Report Mastery:**
- Understand our custom order entry system in depth.
- Generate, customize, and interpret every report linked to our order entry system, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed.
4. **Continuous Learning:**
- Stay updated with the latest trends in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Provide recommendations for system and process improvements based on data insights.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in database management, particularly with SQL Server and Microsoft Access.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and its data structures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to master custom systems and software quickly.
- Have AI experience in Database Management
