We are seeking a talented and experienced Anime Illustrator to join our apparel design team. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for anime, with a focus on creating compelling and visually stunning designs for various pieces of apparel including but not limited to t-shirts, hoodies, and shorts. The successful candidate will be an expert in both hand-drawn and digital illustration, proficient in software like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, and have previous work to share. Being an avid anime fan and having a deep understanding of its themes, characters, and aesthetics is a must.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to develop illustration concepts and ideas for apparel.
- Create hand-drawn sketches and translate them into polished digital designs suitable for print.
- Ensure designs capture the essence and themes of popular anime without directly copying copyrighted material.
- Work closely with the team to ensure that illustrations meet brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
- Manage and organize illustration files and assets.
- Continuously improve and refine the illustration process to increase efficiency and quality.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in anime illustration, with a focus on apparel design.
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other relevant illustration software.
- Strong understanding of anime themes, characters, and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and examples of anime-inspired designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for anime and a deep understanding of its culture and nuances.
