Redesign Existing Website into Wordpress

I am looking for a long term partnership with you. This is just a head start, there will be more ongoing projects for you.

My requirements:
1. Must familiar with Wordpress, has experience created multiple website before.
2. Pro-active, knowing how to google to find the solution
3. Very detail and perfectionist.
4. Good command and written in English for short content

The first project, I need someone that is familiar with Divi theme / Avada theme. Wordpress theme will be given. Demo site will be shown.
