Virtual Assistant

Hello everyone my name is Julian Tejeda.
I' am looking for a virtual assistant to help me scale my company! I need someone who speaks good english, good at sales, and works good with computers. I pay hourly and pay weekly, I ALSO PAY COMMISSION TO! Most of the day you will be talking on the phone with Real estate Agents networking for my company, and help me buy as much homes as possible here in California. I just started my company and I already have 2 VA's, so I'm looking for someone who will stick with me in the long run and watch me grow. As I grow you will grow to (the more money the company makes is the more money you will make). This job is 12pm PST-6pm PST so please make sure this fits your schedule.
