Position Overview:
We are seeking a devoted Remote Customer Service Success Coach. This role is integral in shaping our students’ experiences, from nurturing relationships to streamlining administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the martial arts domain and a steadfast commitment to top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Student Relations:Provide premium customer service through phone and virtual channels, proactively addressing students’ concerns and needs.
Reconnect with students who may have been inactive, offering assistance and encouraging their sustained involvement.
Cultivate solid relationships with students and their families, serving as a guiding presence throughout their martial arts journey.
Contribute to in-house events by completing tasks necessary to guarantee an enjoyable experience for all participants.
Administrative Duties:Manage student enrollment documents and consistently maintain student data.
Utilize CRM software for effective student tracking and communication.
Produce detailed reports on inventory, student interactions, and other pertinent metrics.
Participate in refining and enhancing administrative procedures.
Address student inquiries promptly and resolve any ensuing issues, ensuring their satisfaction.
Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and promotions.
Oversee inventory and ensure timely restocking as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish
Available to work 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM EST
Thorough understanding of customer service principles.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM software or an eagerness to learn.
Proficiency in computer tools, including Google Drive.
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
A genuine enthusiasm for martial arts and facilitating student growth.
Open-mindedness to feedback and a drive for ongoing self-improvement.
