Social Media Specialist - YouTube and Pinterest Focus

We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Social Media Specialist with a passion for YouTube and Pinterest to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

YouTube Optimization: Create, manage, and optimize YouTube channels to increase visibility, engagement, and subscriber growth.

Pinterest Management: Develop and curate Pinterest content, boards, and strategies to drive traffic and engagement.

Social Media Engagement: Engage with our audience across all social media profiles (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn) through comments, messages, and interactions to build a strong community.

Content Creation: Produce simple and engaging video content for various social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

Content Scheduling: To maintain a consistent online presence, plan and schedule social media posts using social media management tools.

Analytics: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly to improve results.

Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our content is current and effective.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing and optimizing YouTube channels and Pinterest accounts.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Proficiency in creating simple videos using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
