Controller / Financial Manager

About Us: We're a thriving Real Estate Wholesale company at the forefront of our industry. We also own 2 HVAC businesses and we're looking for a Controller to manage our leads and ensure that the performance of our teams is tracked, the KPIs reported and all documentation is well organized and updated.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Oversight: Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Team Supervision: ensure that everyone in our team is doing their part by overseeing and keeping records of their work
KPI Tracking: Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
Performance Reporting: Generate insightful financial reports and analytics for strategic decision-making.
Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is good to have but not required
1-2 years of experience in a similar controller or finance management role.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for precision.
Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting.
A self-starter and a team player that takes initiative to complete tasks within deadline.
Salary: $900-$2000 per month
