Our Mission
We're on the hunt for a Marketing Specialist who is not only a devoted fur parent but also shares our vision for brand and community growth.
Compensation
PHP 25,000 per month
Working Hours:
Flexible, but a commitment of at least 8 hours per day is required as this is a full-time position. Mon-Sat
Work Setup
Home-based with the option for occasional virtual meetings or in-person meetings within Metro Manila.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies
- Craft engaging copy for advertisements, scripts, and other promotional materials
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing web traffic and customer engagement
- Generate innovative ideas for promoting both our brand and product line
- Manage advertising efforts across various channels
- Compile, organize, and interpret marketing data for actionable insights
- Design visuals for marketing campaigns using editing software
Optional Responsibilities (To Be Discussed):
- Plan and participate in marketing events or activities to elevate brand awareness such as pet bazaars etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be a fur parent with a deep passion for pets
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in market research and data analysis
- Strong copywriting skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing marketing campaigns and familiarity with online platforms
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva)
- Preferred: Prior experience as a Marketing Strategist or Marketing Manager
- Bonus: Familiarity with additional marketing software and tools
- Creative mindset accompanied by a great sense of humor
- Adaptability to changing trends
- Residency within Metro Manila is required
