Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as an Assistant Marketing Production Designer. This part-time role involves working closely with our Digital Marketing Design Specialist to bring our brand to life across multiple channels, ensuring our digital assets are scheduled, posted, and displayed accurately across channels and countries. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, strong organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining a cohesive brand presence.
Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
Build out Digital Marketing Design Specialists vision across all social media platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
Schedule and publish social media posts using our designated scheduling tools.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages across all social media channels, fostering community engagement.
2. Website Content Management:
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure all website content is uploaded and scheduled as per the marketing

4. International Design Adaptation:
Work closely with the marketing designer to adapt existing marketing assets for different international markets.
Create localized versions of designs, incorporating relevant cultural and language nuances, without requiring proficiency in languages beyond English.
Qualifications:
A portfolio showcasing your design skills, with a focus on digital design and marketing materials.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Video editing experience is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Familiarity with
