Project Manager - Construction - Home Office

"If you have some experience managing construction projects and want to work for a fast growing construction company in Northeast USA, we have an opportunity for you.

You will be in charge of controlling the construction project from the beginning of the construction until the property is move-in ready.

Your activities will be:
-Control the overall project schedule of the construction
-Control vendors and subcontractors
-Control project budget
-Communicate project progress and gaps to company management and other stakeholders
-Make sure all members of the construction team are aligned and coordinated

Your activities will relate to new constructions or remodellings / renovations, both for sale or rental."

"1 year+ of experience in the construction project managment field
You will need to be detail oriented, proactive, analytical, reliable, responsible and willing to learn and interest in developing in the field
Knowledge of software Builder Trend or similar will be a differential"
