Vector Artist Needed For Rug Tufting Business

We are looking for a graphic designer who can take images with many colors and reduce them down to only a few without losing too much detail and understanding of the image. We need to vectorize the image to reduce the amount of colors and complexity of the image.

We need to be able to take complex artwork and turn it into simple drawings that can turned into the "paint by numbers" Style.
