Facebook/YouTube Ads Strategist

Looking for an experienced Facebook/Google ad campaign manager to set up and optimize my ad campaigns.

I had been running YouTube Ads for the past year or so and unfortunately, have seen a steady increase in CPL and am struggling to get conversions.

I would like to get cheaper cost per conversions on Facebook but am finding myself overwhelmed with both ad creation and management.

FYI, I am a Classical violinist and and my ads lead to an evergreen webinar funnel which leads to a book-a-call CTA.

I prefer to work to work with someone who will treat my ad budget as if it's their own money and someone who is detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Ideally, I would like to work with someone who understands Classical musicians and someone willing to work alongside me and my assistant (in Philippines).
