Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Web Developer and Support Specialist to join our team. This is a remote ---------- this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining WordPress-based websites, ensuring their optimal performance, and providing support to clients and internal teams. You should have a strong background in web development, expertise in WordPress, and good English skills to interact with tea ---------- mbers effectively. Direct client contact is not needed only communication with the REACHRIGHT team.

Responsibilities:

Website Development:
* Develop custom WordPress websites from scratch or modify existing themes and plugins.
* Create responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web designs.
* Implement best practices for SEO, performance optimization, and security.

Website Maintenance:
* Perform regular updates and maintenance tasks for WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
* Monitor website performance, security, and backups.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Website Support:
* Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
* Assist with content updates, feature additions, and troubleshooting.
* Debug and resolve issues reported by clients or tea ---------- mbers.

Collaboration:
* Regularly communicate with our team to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure goals are being met.


Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in web design with a strong focus on WordPress.
* Additional experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
* Knowledge of WordPress best practices, themes, and plugins.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Goal-oriented attitude.
* Experience working remotely is a plus.
* Fluency in English is required.
