Graphic Designer & Illustrator

Dolphin Creative is an events and festival production company based in Dubai, working with varied clients for shopping malls, and public festivals.

We are looking for a graphic designer to join our team in Dubai.
We have our company brand guidelines, and we need someone to implement them in our work and to create new brand images for future projects

The scope of work would include:

Creation of proposals
Using our current brand guidelines, we need someone to create strong visual proposals and presentation documents.

Creation of brand graphics for each festival and event
When we create a festival; be it a Street Theatre Festival, or a Puppet Festival, or a Music Festival: we need to create a logo and graphic theme that we can use across the marketing materials, eg:
· Flyers,
· Posters,
· Outdoor graphics, flags
· Programs,
· Merchandise, uniforms

Creation of brand guideline for our new brand: “SOS: SuperStars of Street Theatre”
SuperStars of Street Theatre is a concept to bring together the world’s best street theatre artists and create a brand that we can sell to our clients. We want to base the graphical creative concept along the lines of WWF/WWE/Americana. Big, Bold, primary colours, and stars. Marketing material to feature selected artists.

Photo editing
Go through our current photo library to enhance images
Take new photos and create edited artist profile images

Website design
Develop and create websites for events and brands.

Video editing
Help edit and create promotional videos, and presentation videos

Social Media
Manage our social media materials

Notes:
Many of the above involve different skills, and though we would want someone who is ‘brilliant at everything’ we’d be happy with someone who could manage and outsource projects where required.

I’m looking for someone who can understand the family entertainment industry. I’m looking for someone who can be ‘on my wavelength’ and understand quickly what I want, and work quickly to turn creative ideas into reality.
We need someone with multiple graphical skills, creativity and drive and leadership

As part of the team there may also be other admin jobs that you’ll need to help out with when needed

Ideal skills:
· Graphic design / 2D and 3D
· Logo design and branding
· Flyers, Posters
· Presentations: PowerPoint
· Graphic designs for websites
· Photo editing
· Video editing

Package:
For the right person, we will relocate and pay for visa.

Salary of 2,000 USD per month + benefits + bonuses + relocation budget + equipment/software budget
