Hiring 1 VA to start with

I am looking to hire a Virtual Assistant to create product videos for affiliate marketing, websites, make squeeze pages, set up email sequences, and run the business online.
The hours starting off will be 20 hours per week; $2 per hour. If we work well together this will become 40 hours per week at $3.50 per hour plus bonuses.
