Job Summary: Insurance Broker Support

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Broker Support. This position will play a key role in supporting our brokerage operations by assisting with various administrative and analytical tasks.

Responsibilities:
Prepare insurance reports, policies, and other documentation accurately and efficiently.
Gather and organize necessary information from clients, insurance carriers, and other relevant parties.
Create and maintain email templates for efficient and effective communication with clients and insurance carriers.
Analyze insurance information and recommend appropriate coverage options to clients.
Support the broker in day-to-day tasks and assist with client inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Previous experience working within the insurance industry is preferred.
Ability to analyze complex insurance information and make sound recommendations.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms.
This position is part-time, and working hours can be scheduled before or after regular business hours to accommodate the broker's needs.
