TikTok & Facebook Ads Video Editor

I'm looking for an experienced & skilled TikTok & Facebook Video Editor, who will create high converting dropshipping Video Ads!
I specifically require someone with a proven track record in this field!

Your mission? Design captivating video ads that resonate on incredible CTR’s and Sales.

The videos has to be in GERMAN and ENGLISH!

These skills are necessary to apply for this position:

- Ability to find content on all social networks and softwares such as PipiAds, Minea, Adspy etc ...
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
- Understanding of video specifications for each platform (TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest) regarding length, resolution, format, etc.
- Ability to create visuals adapted to the nature of each platform (for example, vertical videos for TikTok and Snapchat).
- Ability to design short, engaging and direct videos that generate interest in a matter of 1-2 seconds. Ability to find engaging hooks!!
- Ability to adapt to the specificities of social media videos.
- Keeping up to date with the trends on each platform to create current and relevant content.
- Effective time management to produce relevant videos to very tight deadlines.
- Willingness to test new ideas and experiment to find what works best for the target audience.
