Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at CarePlus Living Solutions. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the overall success of our business. This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities:

Book Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into our accounting system, ensuring completeness and precision.

Accounts Receivable: Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts.

Xero Experience: Proficiently use Xero accounting software to perform bookkeeping tasks effectively.

Requirements:

Xero Experience a Must: Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Xero accounting software is essential.

Full-Time Remote Work: Must be available for full-time remote work and have access to a reliable and fast internet connection.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate financial ---------- anizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize ---------- munication: Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Previous Experience: Previous experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role is required.
