We are in need of a passionate and smart Human Resource Manager with strong work ethics who aim to grow and succeed in the global market. (Key: 3i_HumanResource230912)

Your responsibilities would include the following:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Help in bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, background check, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants
Collaborates with Operation Managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
Ensure that all employees meet standard KPI
Work closely with Korea Site Human Resource Team
Perform other duties as assigned by the management

To qualify for the position you need at least 3 years of experience and must possess the following:

Proven working experience in Human Resource Management
Able to work full time and can work for more than 2 years
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbally
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to understand and learn, make a proper judgment, and adapt to situations and people


Work Hours and Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours a week (9:00am-6:00pm Korea Standard Time)
Salary Rate: 1,120-1,280USD (7-8USD/hour) based on experience
