Amazon Operations Manager/Marketer

We are looking for a passionate and smart Amazon Operations Manager with strong work ethics who aim to grow and succeed in the global market. (Key: 3i_Amazon230912)

Your responsibilities would include the following:

Branding and Sales
Revenue, Profit and Loss management
Data collection and analysis, content creation and maintenance, advertising campaign management and account management
Customer Satisfaction / Review management

Your daily task would include the following:

Developing and implementing operational strategies that meet business objectives
Monitoring operational efficiency and making adjustments to improve efficiency where possible
Ensuring that products are delivered in a timely manner
Reviewing operational reports to identify trends and ensure that operations are running smoothly
Train and supervise staff, ensure that KPIs are met
Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Able to address operational and personnel issues affecting functional area
Perform other duties as assigned by the management

To qualify for the position you need at least 5 years of Amazon experience and must possess the following:

Able to work full time for more than 2 years
Proven work experience as Amazon Operations Manager or similar role
Knowledge of Amazon operations, organizational effectiveness
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbally
Leadership ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Critical thinking skills

Work Hours and Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours a week (9:00am-6:00pm Pacific Time)
Salary Rate: 960-1,120USD (6-7USD/hour) based on experience
