Full-time English teachers for plumbers

Hello! We are United Plumbing (providing plumbing services in the Bay Area).
We are looking for a full-time English teacher for our technicians. Some of them have basic English, some of them don`t know the language at all. We are expecting a long term cooperation. Although firstly we need an intensive course for 4-6 weeks so the technicians could learn fast to speak basic English. You will have to provide them with the entry test to determine their level (A1, A2, B1…). After that, divide technicians by level and choose the correct approach for each level.
Final test by the end of the intensive course should be provided as well.

We need an enthusiastic teacher who can DEVELOP A STRATEGY, a teacher who loves and knows how to teach. We need to see a progress on the first month of education.

Goals:
1. Making a great first impression (greetings, politeness);
2. Understanding the technical problems (plumbing vocabulary);
3. Discussion on how to solve work related problems;
4. Negotiating the price with clients, assuring them to buy our services;
5. Explaining technical faults to clients;
6. Reading and understanding operating instructions/ specifications.
