AI Designer for Marketing Graphics (Work from home)

We are an Australian-based website and branding design agency on a mission to design awesome websites and marketing graphics for social media for clients who want to grow their businesses.

Here's what we're ideally looking for in a designer:

- A Designer excited to embrace AI tools, working alongside Adobe Creative Suite, to produce cutting-edge marketing graphics & ads for Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Twitter (X), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube (first-frame), Google, Email, etc.
- A forward-thinking designer who knows how to leverage AI design tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Kaiber, Runway, and other AI design and video tools in your workflow to deliver cutting-edge imagery and graphics.
- A Designer who can design in Canva, incorporating AI designs created in other tools.
- A Designer who embraces feedback to help you become an even better designer.
- A Designer who enjoys designing for a range of clients and brands, in a range of industries.
- A Designer who demonstrates self-motivation and productivity while working remotely.
- You'll need to have a fast and reliable PC or Mac, and Adobe Creative Suite account.
- Work full-time on weekdays only within standard business hours. ( You will never be asked to work on the weekends)
- Commit to a full-time position with the goal to work with us for at least two years.

If your interview goes well and we choose you, then you will start with a fully paid full-time 4-week trial period, to see how well you can design. Then if you're a good fit we will offer you a permanent full-time position.
