We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team and help us maintain accurate financial records and support our financial operations.

Position Overview:
As a Bookkeeper at Migration Unity, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions and records. You will be responsible for maintaining financial documentation, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

2. Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

3. Expense Tracking: Monitor and categorize company expenses, ensuring all receipts and invoices are properly recorded.

4. Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on a regular basis.

5. Tax Preparation: Assist in the preparation of tax documents and reports, including working closely with external tax professionals when necessary.

6. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage invoices, process payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.

7. Financial Analysis: Provide support for financial analysis and forecasting, helping to identify cost-saving opportunities and financial trends.

8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and maintain organised financial records for audits and reviews.

9. Communication: Collaborate with other departments and tea ---------- mbers to gather financial information and answer queries related to financial matters.


Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience handling trust accounts is highly desirable.
• Experience with Australian taxation is also highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.

• Part-time salary of PHP 25,000 per month with the possibility of full-time PHP 50,000 per month.
