IT Support Specialist

We are hiring an IT Specialist to help support our US based business clients.

We are a outsourced IT support provider (MSP) and support small and medium sized businesses in our local area (Dallas, Texas) and nationwide.

We are looking for an IT Specialist to help with the following duties:

-Handle tickets via email, chat, and phone support
-Monitor client environments and resolve service issues
-Perform maintenance and monitoring
-Update documentation and ticketing system
-Assist with IT projects and upgrades

The IT Specialist will help support the following technologies:

-Windows 10/11 operating system
-Microsoft 365
-Networking technologies. Ubiquiti, Fortinet, Cisco, etc.
-Microsoft Windows server operating system
-Amazon Web Services
-Backup technologies

The IT Specialist should have the ability to quickly learn new systems and client environments. We are looking for strong problem solvers with customer service skills.

The IT Specialist will have the opportunity to learn new technologies and grow professionally. We offer performance based pay (monthly bonus) and paid time off.
