Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and focused Data Entry Clerk to join our ---------- this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering GPS coordinates into the Regrid software, retrieving land parcel lines, and updating the associated Excel sheet with the required information. As this position is on the easier side of our data entry roles, it is essential to maintain a high level of focus and commitment to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the work.
Before starting your daily tasks, you will be required to complete a 8 hour training session to gain a comprehensive understanding of the process and software. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be expected to manage your time effectively, collaborate with tea ---------- mbers, and adhere to data entry guidelines established by the company. Ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of the data being handled is of utmost importance in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Accurate Data Entry:
• Perform data entry tasks by copying and pasting GPS coordinates from an Excel sheet into the Regrid software.
• Ensure accuracy and maintain focus throughout the data entry process, as this position is of high importance.
2. Land Parcel Lines Retrieval:
• Utilize the Regrid software to retrieve land parcel lines based on the provided GPS coordinates.
• Monitor and verify the correct land parcel lines are being pulled up in the software.
3. Excel Sheet Updates:
• Update the Excel sheet by entering the letter 'y' for the required information as per the sheet's instructions.
• Ensure data is accurately recorded and up-to-date in the Excel sheet.
4. Training Completion:
• Complete approximately 8 hours of training prior to starting the task to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the process and software.
• Apply the knowledge gained from the training to efficiently perform daily tasks.
5. Time Management and Collaboration:
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks within the given deadlines.
• Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers and coordinate efforts to ensure project timelines are met.
