Join Our Team as a Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Calls!

Are you a dependable and proficient virtual assistant with excellent spoken English skills and a minimal accent? We're an established and successful company seeking someone like you to handle phone calls, predominantly incoming, and occasionally outgoing, on behalf of our clients. The primary purpose of these calls is to assist leads in finding the right real estate agent to work with.

Job Details:

- This position offers a fixed monthly compensation.
- The workload varies; some days, you may experience a high call volume, while others may be quieter. Regardless, you will be compensated for the entire day.
- You'll receive a consistent monthly payment of $300 for being available during U.S. daytime hours, from 9 AM to 5 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls using a provided script, inquiring whether the lead is interested in buying or selling a property.
- Utilize the provided script while being quick to respond to spontaneous questions.
- Open the appropriate web form (calls may come from various real estate agent's offices) and ask customers questions to complete the web form.
- Gather all necessary information from customers and submit the web form.
- Maintain effective communication with other virtual assistants responsible for distributing lead information to real estate agents.

Required Qualities:
- Dependability is crucial.
- You should be capable of answering incoming calls during U.S. daytime hours.
- Proficiency in spoken English with a minimal accent is essential.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English are a must.
- You should be assertive, customer-focused, and not passive.
- Proficient in written English, especially for completing web forms.
- Trustworthiness is paramount.
