Responsibilities:
• Initiate outbound calls to potential leads from provided lists or databases.
• Offering to prospects in a compelling and persuasive manner.
• Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and transfer them to the licensed agents.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional phone demeanor.
• Ability to engage prospects, handle objections, and build rapport over the phone.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer and tailor responses accordingly.
• Goal-oriented mindset and a self-starter who can work independently.

Requirements:
