WordPress Support and QA Tester

We are a small rapidly growing website studio ( ---------- ). We are looking for someone who takes initiative and is dedicated to prompt communication to help us support around 60 WordPress Sites. We use Elementor, Astra theme, WPMU Hub, HubSpot CRM, Cloudflare, Cloudways, and WPMU plugins. We are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST and would like at least 3 hours of working overlap each day. Your primary responsibility would be to monitor HubSpot tickets and help our clients with their website support requests.

We pay the 13th-month ---------- ndidates should be self-motivated, respond quickly, type excellent English, and have a good working knowledge of DNS records, WordPress, and Elementor.
